Study On The Key Technology Of Project Management For Hightway Project To Countryside

Highway project to countryside (HPC) is an essential project to develop our countryside, and its building is unprecedented development. But there are many problems exist in this project at present, there are two aspects problem: first is the management system aspect, another is the construction management aspect. The thesis adopts the theory and method of project management as the key point for the HPC construction management aspect problem.As a project, HPC not only has the general character question but also has the particular question of project. First, the thesis outline the HPC project management, the relations of highway project management and project management is discussed. The thesis proposed the principle and the method of highway project team organize, summarized the HPC management system.The core contents of project management are the progress control, the quality control and the investment cost control. The thesis dissect the essential technology of progress control, quality control and investment cost control —including the control principle, the method and the process.HPC is a complex systems engineering, involves too many correlation factors, in the project management control process, the paimary and seconday factors should be distinguished clearly. And so can provide the accurate controlled object and the method for the project control process, therefore, the thesis proposed the factor optimization problem of project management, through the relevant analysis and AHP determain the weight of correlation factor, the key factor of project control process determined too. And elaborated the computer application in project management;An example introduced in chapter six which is the Yalong Jiang 1st bridge building. It's a HPC of Ganzi state, Sichuan province.
