The run speed of vehicle heightens largely with the improvement of road traffic condition and advancement of vehicle technology. Because the influence of turning or disturbing of environment, lateral appendiculate power is prone to reach the high-point and the vehicle loses dynamics stability, thus traffic accident occurs. It's an important problem in modern vehicle study that how to improve the security of steering vehicle, while ESC can enhance vehicle's operation and stability in ultimate condition.This paper emphasizes on the theory and practice of such problems as vehicle electron rapid development system, vehicle dynamics model, the control principle and structure of ESC system, the collectivity design of ESC in commercial vehicle.The paper is devides in six main chapters: First, the phylogeny, study actuality and progress trend of vehicle initivate security electronic system. Second, the modern vehicle's speedy moldings develop system and application. Third, mathematics simulational method of vehicle in dynamics, tyre model, vehicle's dynamics medleing and emulation. Forth, the control theory and method of ESC system. Fifth, general design of ESC system for commercial vehicle. Sixth, the design of ECU.This paper studies the whole exploitation of ESC system on the late-model exploitation facility, vehicle model, control thoery, design of ECU, and general design of system. This paper points out a new method to independently develope the ESC system for commercial vehicle.
