Environmental problems,energy crisis and greenhouse effect are the problems that human beings must face in the twenty-first Century.Reducing energy consumption and polluting gas emissions and the development of new energy vehicles have become the top priority of the domestic automotive industry.In addition to the haze weather that often appears throughout the country,the electric car industry has received unprecedented support and attention from the masses of the people.The vehicle controller controls the whole operation of electric vehicle,and the operation of each part of vehicle is controlled by it.Its performance is closely related to the performance of the vehicle and even the safety of the driver's life and property.In order to better test the performance of vehicle controller,this paper takes the Infineon vehicle controller of BAS70-05,ESD24VS2 B and TLE7259 G as the test object,and completes the hardware in the loop test system for vehicle controller.This paper first introduces the meaning of existence in today's society background of electric vehicles,electric vehicles on the ECU(Electric Control Unit)and the vehicle controller is what explains,detailed description of the vehicle controller have what functions,and introduces the concept of hardware in the loop,in addition to the domestic and foreign research achievements similar products were introduced systematically,introduces three foreign products and three domestic product examples as an illustration,the electric vehicle controller hardware in the loop test system to do the research content of the system summary.Secondly,this paper systematically analyzes the overall structure of the test system and the selection of software and hardware,including the analysis of the minimum system of the test system,the high performance of hardware in the loop system hardware architecture,high cost of hardware in the loop system hardware architecture,software selection and framework of the system.It lays the foundation for building the vehicle component model and designing the whole system.Then,this paper introduces LabView software based hardware in the loop simulation system and build the computer interface,hardware in the loop to build system simulation model including simulation methods,build battery and motor model,test and verification of the model,the host computer interface making includes the main interface of the upper computer.Brief introduction of electric drive system fault,battery system fault,fault injection and fault display interface interface.Since then,the core of this design is completed.Finally,the vehicle controller hardware test in the design of loop test platform and related hardware and software,the vehicle control design of hardware in the loop test platform includes hardware selection,design of digital input interface of PCI2362 H,the design ofdigital output interface of PCI2362 H,the design of analog output interface PCI9616 H.The related software and hardware tests include the test of the maximum speed and the acceleration performance test,so that the test system is built,and the accuracy and performance of the test system is verified.
