In the housing structure design, reinforced concrete frame structure is more commonly used in structural system. In the framework of the structure, the rigidity of beam and columniation has a direct impact to the structure. Usually engineer will use the rigidity amplification coefficient to consider these factors impact, but in the current design the value of the rigidity amplification coefficient doesn't have a relative standard reference value. If the rigidity amplification coefficient of misconduct, beams and columns by force and the actual force may have a greater error, which will lead to structural design unreasonable. Therefore, the reasonable value of the rigidity amplification coefficient on beam to the engineering design is of great significance. In this paper, through researching and analysis many frame models, gets when the rigidity amplification coefficient of center beam equalsβ=0.76013+7.02609h_f/hand we get the reasonable value.Flexibility analysis, bearing the bending of reinforcement than in the inter-bending reinforcement, resulting in a dense bearing reinforcement to the construction inconvenience. Bending moment amplitude modulation factor method then do some proper adjustment to the bending moment value of elastic coefficient rule. It could save materials, simplified design , conveniencely construct for the construction effects. If bending moment amplitude modulation is used improperly the re-distribution of internal force will be not adequate, and the cracks in frame beams will be too extensive, all of which will affect the structure of normal use. Therefore, the rational value of bending moment amplitude modulation is of great significance to the engineering design. And in this paper, through nonlinear researching and analysis of the frame beam, we get, when the bending moment amplitude modulation factor equals 0.70- 0.80 the result is the best result.
