Researches On Highway Alignment Evaluation And Prediction Of Operating Speed

Highway traffic and transportation industry has become the supporting industry and driving force of our country's economy increasingly, which gives important leading effect on the developement of society and the economy. However,high speed Development of infrastructural facilities and traffic being accompanying with traffic accident increase, that brings about extremely large threat to safety and lives of the people, affect our country's characteristic socialist construction's developement.By analyzing and researching the developing actuality, evolving safety audit and mechanism, interior and exterior circumstance and government's macroscopical controlment, a system info has been constructed to offer theory guarantee and practice gist for the alignment safety audit. In this paper, some parts have been brought to research the highway safety audit:On the basis of reviewing the researching actualities of traffic safety Evaluation, the forming mechanism of alignment safety audit has been analyzed using analysis and the concept, technology courses and the feasibility of research have also been explained.The interior and exterior circumstance of traffic and transportation system have been systemically analyzed. The infection of circumstance on highway safety and the basic condition and developing tendency of safety audit reaserch have all been discussed. Subsequently, the developing circumstance condition of safety audit reaserch have been analyzed from the angles of basic establishment, alignment, environment with ability. At last, a system of evaluation has been constructed to offer theory guarantee and practice gist for the alignment safety audit.By means of the ANN analysis for operating speed forecast, the artificial neural network, ANN's structure and BP netwok, resilient BP netwok have been discussed systemically. At the same time, the evaluating index has been selected, and the flow chart of safety audit model has been constructed.By using MATLAB software,The above theories and safety audit model has been tested. As to verify the feasibility, selecte one highway of third class for a demonstration. Finally, the research works and results of this dissertation have been summed up and some future task have been brought forward.
