| Radiant floor system includes radiant floor cooling system and radiant floor heating system. A plenty of researches have been focused on the radiant floor system overseas especially in Korea, Japan, Europe, Australia and Italy. In this paper, it pointed to the automatic control strategies of radiant floor system which can not only be cooling in summer but also heating in winter. Besides, this system was applied in the hot summer and cold winter zone of China where is characterized as high temperature and high humidity in summer. The feasibility and applicability of this radiant system were studied in detail.The methods of theoretical analyses combined with experimental data processing, domestic and overseas references consulting were adopted to do studies on the automatic control for radiant floor cooling and heating system which is used in the hot summer and cold winter zone along the Yangtze River valley. Firstly, this dissertation got the basic data for the automatic control strategies from the aspects of influences of supply water temperature, supply water rate, condensation and surface architectural material, indoor air relative humidity to the stability and security of radiant floor system. Then,the radiant floor systems such as individual radiant floor heating and cooling system, radiant floor system combined with natural ventilation, radiant floor system combined with ventilator and radiant floor system combined with AHU were illustrated and the automatic control strategies of each system were designed with the control approaches such as TPSC control method, outdoor reset control, variable flow rate control and so on. The optimal radiant floor system, which is radiant floor system combined with AHU, is proposed in this dissertation which is suitable to the residential buildings in summer in the hot in summer and cold in winter zone compared to other AC systems after the introduction and design of each system's control strategies and the radiant floor system combined with natural ventilation was selected in winter. Besides, the radiant floor system was parallel running with AHU in the transient seasons.The heating and cooling mode, workday mode, dormancy mode and weekend and holiday mode were proposed and devised in this dissertation on the target of automatic control for radiant floor cooling and heating system combined with AHU. Furthermore, different control strategies such as TPSC control, outdoor reset control, flow rate control as well as supply water control methods were put forward which were applied to the radiant AC system combined with AHU. For most of the automatic control strategies, they are convenient and low-costly, which were practical for the ecumenical residences. In addition, the radiant AC combined with natural ventilation system is used in winter. With the application of its automatic control strategy, it is validated as one of substantial system. Finally, the radiant floor combined with natural ventilation system was applied in summer. Its feasibility is proved to some extent after the analysis of outdoor thermal environment in 2007, Chongqing.To sum up, various automatic control strategies were studied and explained in this dissertation, which could be helpful to the spread of radiant floor cooling and heating system in hot in summer and cold in winter zone of China. |
