Flow measurement takes very important place at the metering and monitoring system. However, people are trying to find a more convenient, shortcut, economical measurement method because of its difficulty. This paper is one part of the study on condition monitoring and fault diagnosis on the basis of power flow theory. It is a step forward study on the basis of non-inserting measurement research., In foundation met an emergency a slice of method and canned measure the pressure of the piping and then deduce a discharge, to the contingency slice type not the insert type flowmeter how carry out then a hold type to order diagraph more, put forward an adoption to establish tongs(the mean stress transform to deliver wreath) outside in the piping, measure tongs with the contingency method of the dint transform, then getting a piping pressure, Then deduce the method of a piping midstream quantity, studied theoretically and computer simulation in detail for put forward an adoption to establish tongs still measure the pipe stress-distortion . There are six chapters in this paper. The following are involved:1. Generalize the emergence, importance, goal and meaning of the project;2.Describe the principle of the strain measurement in the dynamic and static states; demonstrate the feasibility of shape change measurement applying for strain measurement;3. Under the situation that static is loaded,handle the three layer materials all as the flexible materials,then establish the delivering model of non-inserting measurement and the stress-distortion of pipe, and then reckon an expression which is the transmission factor of average stress-distortion's expression. Then analyze the factor in the Matlab. Do as this,so we can express the relation of the transmission factor and every factor who can influence the result of transmission directly.4. Describe the normal method of the design of fixture briefly ;Do the design aimming at the strain-gauge fixture of the non-inserting flow measurement, and argue the basis of that why I chose NiTi alloy as the corpus material of fixture;Makesure the connecting method of fixtures and pipelines using the superelasticity of NiTi Alloy.5. Using the finite element analysis software ANSYS to analyze the material of fixture,directly show transmission effects of different materials when under the average stress-distortion.
