The automobile belt tensioner brace is the transmission parts in automobile gearbox, the reliability of the transmission device directly affect the security and stability of the car. So in the machinery manufacturing industry, it is particularly important to manufacture the automobile belt tensioner brace with high precision and reliability. During the automobile belt tensioner brace machining process, the fixture system plays an important role in the precision and firm installation of automobile belt tensioner brace in the machining center. To some extent, it directly determines the quality and high or low cost of the processing parts, as well as the product features of its assembling by these parts. At the same time, it has the significant practical great for the production efficiency in the enterprise.In its process of machining, the automobile belt tensioner brace has to be clamped couple times. It leads to the low accuracy, low efficiency and high cost of processing. This paper does some related design, modeling, analysis, etc. for the fixture on automobile belt tensioner brace.First of all, it expounds the background, research significance about fixture system, mainly focus on the development of conceptual design both at home and abroad.Secondly, it introduces introduce the Petri net model theory in conceptual design. as well as its principles, concepts, definitions, characters and other related contents. Based on the the Petri net modeling theory, and the requirement from the fixture system of automobile belt tensioner brace, this paper does the conceptual design with the division method of functional structure unit. By using Petri net modeling software HIPs, it creats the model and simulation for the fixture system, and designs the the important node of the model in detail. In positioning unit, one side and two holes positioning mthod. and the method of supporting the position of the eccentric positioning pin support are used. And its error has been checked and calculated. In the clamping unit, the clamping components and clamping device are selected scientificly, and its cutting force and clamping force have been calculated. In installation unit, with the practical experience the time parameters of delay Petri net are given, and its processing time of installation- machining- removal is calculated. And its production dfficiency can be estimated.Then, by the software of Solidworks software create the 3D model of the fixture system automobile belt tensioner brace is established, and its initial design is generated. Without affecting the result of static verification, the model has been simplied. By the finite element software ANSYS Workbench static structure of the fixture system is verified.. With the fixture system deformation nephogram and strain nephogram, the maximum and minimum part of stress, maximum and minimum deformation parts could be found. After the fixture system of the automobile belt tensioner brace was produced, it shows that the design satisfies the requirement of practical application.Finally,This paper summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of the design techonolgy for the fixture of automobile belt tensioner brace based on Petri net. At the same time, it points out the research contents and direction of fixture design with the Petri net model theory.
