The Research Of Business Development & Space Design For Modern Community

"Urbanization" has changed our living environment rapidly. During the changing from "Neighborhood" to "Community", besides houses are made from reinforced concrete, we can not ignore the civilization which is brought by modernization and urbanization. The change's impact can be most directly reflected by the modern community commercial space.Community commercial space is ordinary and important place in urban living, which is the basic element of city image composing. Because of historical and traditional ideological reasons, the community commercial space's construction and theory are lagging behind in China. Moreover, many works copied from abroad did not succeed in China for the different conditions, historical and culture backgrounds and resident's features with advanced countries, as a result, the old design methods created old problem in new places. Furthermore, domestic theoretical circle is lack of mature planning theoretical guidance for community commerce. To standard and guide the theory of community commerce's build have become the urgent problem in China's Urbanism. The theory research of community commercial space design has the realistic meaning for current urban development and urban life quality improvement.In the first place, this dissertation studied the special physical environment of community commercial space and raised the existing problems during domestic community commerce development through learning from the Chinese and foreign community commerce development history, concluding domestic and international relevant theory and cases, and also analyzed the current situations of community commerce in China.Second, economics, sociology, psychology and other relevant disciplines were used to analyze the causes of the problem on multi-angle. This article also sought the ways to solute the problem by using urban planning and urban design methods. The research points are the commercial development mechanism, related people's living conditions and design methods. The community commercial space planning and urban design were analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively, and the space form was discussed as well in this paper.The final part is the practice project design discussion and effect observation, which tried to elaborate the internal and external factors of community commercial space development, summarized the community commercial space's planning principles, and explored the possibility of China's community commercial space's future development. Hope this achievement can benefit harmonious, comfortable, safe and high-quality community public space's creating.
