| With the improvement of the level of urbanization in China, residentialconstruction has entered a stage of rapid development, the construction ofresidential communities mentioned in the agenda. Production-based societygradually transition phase to a consumer-oriented society, the consumptiondetermines the development of the social life, the consumption space whichincluded commercial space is reshaping urban space, community commerce as anew business model has a huge space for development and prospects opportunities.However, the construction of community commercial space is mainly in economicor interface construction, lack of considered from the perspective of space incommunity commercial space development plan. Therefore, the research oncommunity commercial space has important theoretical and practical significance incommunity construction and improvement of residents’ quality of life.This article is based on the Harbin community commercial space as the objectof study, analysis the problems in the development process using surveys,questionnaires, and put forward planning strategies and methods on Harbin thecommunity commercial space. Paper from the three theories of economics,construction of community space and residents’ needs and consumer behavior as atheoretical basis, and introduces the success cases on the overview of thedevelopment of the regional community commercial construction mode, thecharacteristic of development, these bases reference for the research Harbincommunity commercial space.First, paper generalizes the Harbin community and the economic leveldevelopment process, through the survey and summarize the development andcurrent situation of Harbin community commercial space. On this basis, accordingto the new community and the old community, closed community and opencommunity two types of community commercial space contrasting analysis,discovers the current existing three problems of Harbin community commercialspace development, and through the study to sum up to find the root of theproblems.Finally, according to the problems of the Harbin community commercial space,put forward the corresponding three strategies, including determining the overalldevelopment orientation, spatial interaction and layout planning. And under thethree strategies guideline, combining the specific problems in the case of communitycommercial space, put forward the corresponding planning strategies and solutions, and giving guiding significance in later actual practice. |
