| Auxiliary inverter is an important part of low floor vehicle. It can supply stable 3-phase 380V AC power source for vehicle load such as air conditioner,heater and so on.This paper begins with analyzing the system as a whole, then discusses the difficulties and the important parts in detail,accomplishes the design of system software and hardware. As a result, It offers a reasonable and easy-realized solving solution. The control circuit of the traction inverter is based on the digital signal processor(TMS320F2407) produced by TI, and adopts SPWM with phase-shift control as the modulation method. The inverter uses IGBT as transistors according to power, voltage and current rate. The functions of the system are realized by means of making reasonable use of hardware and software in the system.The experimental results which accord with the principle and the simulation indicate that the validity of the design is verified and provide a foundation for practical application. |
