Research On Small-Sample Warship Reliability Evaluation And Evaluation Datum Collection And Analysis

Warship reliability is more and more important to producer and user.Warship is commonly small-sample system,it is difficult to evaluate its reliability by reliability trial.This paper do research and give the method of small-sample warship reliability evaluation.Evaluation datum is essential to reliability evaluation.During the course of product research,production and using,Reliability trial is the essential means to improve design,evaluate and check level of reliability.This paper use reliability trial to collect reliability datum(mixed some using datum)and evaluate reliability of small-sample warship and analyse the evaluation method.This paper includes five parts.The first part mainly makes an introduction of choosing the datum type,the significance of product reliability trial to warship reliability evaluation,and clarify the main problem expected to solve is how to do research of small-sample warship evaluation method and collect datum by dong reliability and how to use them(trial datum and using datum)to evaluate and analyse warahip system reliability; The second part describes the existed evaluation methods,the facility reliability trials'classifications and development of all product reliability trials(reliability increasing trial,reliability testing trial,reliability grarantee trial and etc). The third part is research of evaluation method suitable to small-sample warship, at the same time it gives the method of datum convert and collecting Table.The fourth part is the paces of evaluation and things should be noticed. The last part gives an evaluation example of small-sample warship.
