As technology of science and the development of market economy, people's concern is growing about the quality of products. Reliability index is one of the important symbols of measuring the product quality, so the reliability of the electrical products research and analysis has become increasingly important. In the direction of large-scale systems to the development of increasingly complex systems, the losses caused by the failure and harm are growing. Based on the importance of the reliability of electrical products, the statistical reliability test data analysis will increasingly show the value and importance of their role.In the electrical field of reliability technology, with the reliability of electrical products and test equipment in-depth study, a variety of test methods and the different types of failure data came into being. Continued to follow the traditional assessment of the reliability characteristics will not come to satisfactory results, and the use of mathematical statistics theoretical method to achieve reliability of electrical characteristics of the quantitative assessment have a high value. After reading a large number of the reliability analysis of the test data both at home and abroad, this thesis will deal with a more in-depth study of this issue.This thesis will use Visual C++ 6.0 language to program of the electrical reliability test data-processing, the software features a powerful, easy-to-use, enabling quantitative study the reliability of electrical products. Not only overcome the shortcomings of traditional methods error, but also to grasp the reliability of electrical products with high value.Reliability statistics software has a good interface structure, convenient operation. The estimates through the software of experimental data analysis for electrical reliability features making, have the advantages of labor-saving, high accuracy, easy-to-use, good data reproducibility and more practicality. And the statistical software, a fool-interface structure, and easy to use, even if it does not have the reliability of theoretical knowledge engineering and technical staff, but also easy to operate, software reliability can be made on electrical appliances estimated. Therefore, the software has important significance to the development of reliability of electrical products.
