Tube production in shipyard is an important process in ship manufacturing. It is found that tube production is one of the bottleneck of ship manufacturing according to the production logistic resource report. A big ship production needs ten thousands tubes to match the process, thus the plan of tube production have a grate influence on the ship production plan. Aimed at the bottleneck problem, this article will solve it from two ways.On one hand, by using the object-oriented method this article establish the simulation model of the production line. It can simulate the finish time, equipment efficiency for various conditions, thus it can evaluate the production ability before really production. This method has great meaning for the nicety of production arrangement.On the other hand, because of the big batch and various kinds of the tube, the process time is different. How to shorten the production cycle, to improve the production ability by combining schedule strategy and production line model in the existing condition, is an efficiency way to solve the bottleneck problem.The problem of tube product line can be come down to Hybrid Flow Shop problem which is a typical NP-Hard problem. This article uses an improved artificial immune algorithm to optimize the schedule. By using the immune memory gene, the good antibody can be saved and can be made fully use, consequently, the constringency and robust of the algorithm are improved. After the simulation, it can be found that the optimized schedule can help to shorten the makespan and improve the efficiency efficiently.At last, this article establishes the ergonomics model to analyze the energy consumption index and NIOSH index, because people always ignore the human factor when they do the schedule research. By using Delmia software, this article get a worker's energy consumption index and NIOSH index if the worker follow the product schedule, and give the evaluation of the schedule form ergonomics way.
