With the development of modern society, the application of dry-type transformers becomes more and more popular. Due to its advantage, resin cast dry-type transformer has become a important part of people's life.The production of a piece of resin cast dry-type transformers consists of a lot of working procedures. In order to grantee the bestl performance of whole production system, the job shop scheduling system must be optimized. Job shop system of transformer production is a typical system discrete event. The research of its optimization and simulation which can improve production efficiency and can distribute resource logically has great value for application.Firstly the thesis introduces the development of resin cast dry-type transformers as well as the status and research of application both home and abroad. Secondly a deep analysis on job shop schedule system has been made to put forward the problem the thesis needs to study, the optimization of dry-type transformers job shop schedule system.This whole process has been accomplished as follows:1.The mathematical model is built up and the restricted conditions and conflict types are defined.2.The typical simulation software eM-Plant has been used to detail the simulation model. Then analyze different production tasks through simulation.3.Based on the work piece code, the optimization of job shop schedule problem is realized. The foundation to further simulation on job shop schedule problem of similar production is established.
