The Key Equipment Research For Automobile Cluster And Monitor

The automobile industry of our country develops rapidly, and that brings the development of automobile cluster. But in the demand of large quantity production of the automobile cluster, the research of the key equipment for cluster lags and it can't satisfy the demand. Meanwhile, it has a higher demand for the automatic level, quality reliability and avoiding mistake of the key equipment. Because the fast change of the automobile instrument, the new product appears continuously and the old instruments are in the use, how to develop a system which can produce different model of instrument becomes an important topic and is very rich in application.This paper introduces the actuality and background of cluster key equipment at the beginning, and then I indicate the thinking in the design of the whole system including hardware and software and the key technology. Finally I introduce the concrete test process and the result of image processing. The main research work of this chapter is generalized as following:Develop the cluster vision test system using the VC image processing software and the basic knowledge of image processing, such as threshold, edge detecting and so on.Design hydraulic pressure system. Use the sensor technology to test the force when pressing the pointer and finish the operation of pressing pointer.Realize the communication of CAN bus and adjust the step motor of cluster according to EEPROM operation, then the pointer of the cluster is calibrated. Develop software of test system for collecting datum and analyse. Traceability design and data statistics.This system is an automatic product line. Not only it can produce a kind of cluster, but also it can extend to the other clusters, so it is high extending. The product line can be compatible with majority cluster produced by automobile company, and it is kept ahead in the field. The system has been used in the company. According to this, the system is stabile. The interface between computer and person is good. The operation is simple and the productivity improves very much, so it has created a high economic benefit.
