In recent years, with the fast development of our country economy, convenient chain stores develop as the bamboo growth after a spring rain. While this kind of new commercial model developing fast, it has some problems in shop design aspect. Therefore, the research focus on the basic design factor of the convenient chain store, in the view of its own characteristic and the consumer behavior's characteristic, is especially important.This paper includes the following aspects: the relation between the transparent of the surface and the sales, the color of the shop and the feeling of the consumer, the relation between the shelf levels and the sales, and the interior soft environment design and so on. While studying on the commercial value of these design factors, the author wants to prove the reason with some related theories, so the findings will be more scientific.This paper is written by the new design idea and the new research way, and tried to set up the goal of the business environment design, it has provided the reference for the new commercial design model.
