In recent years,the rapid development of the domestic logistics industry,the continuous increase of cargo flow,so that the warehouse management problems of goods emerge one after another,both warehouse management equipment is difficult to meet the logistics needs of the new era.In the traditional mode,the data statistics of warehouse goods by manpower can easily cause errors and delays in management data,resulting in inefficient warehouse management.As a product of computer technology and Internet technology in the direction of storage,smart shelves are gradually replace traditional shelves.Weighing shelves based on improved Internet technology can improve storage efficiency and realize cargo piece counting and cargo position management functions.Currently in the domestic logistics industry is widely used.This project is a project commissioned by the enterprise.Its main purpose is to realize the automatic collection and uploading of logistics information in the warehouse through the improvement of the storage shelves,and the improvement scheme can adapt to the storage shelves of various sizes.Based on the research on the application of intelligent shelf in logistics detection at home and abroad,combined with the technical indicators of this subject,this paper finally developed a shelf weighing system that obtains logistics information by real-time detection of the weight of cargo above the shelf,and this weighing through the design of the separate load cell bridge,the system can install the shelf weighing system for various specifications of the shelf,which enhances the compatibility of the system.Through the analysis of the technical indicators and equipment use environment proposed by the client,this project has established the overall design scheme of the shelf weighing system combining weight detection technology and cloud technology,and designed the system function,overall structure and workflow.In the hardware part,the selection of the main control chip and the design of the minimum system were first carried out,and the minimum system was designed to reduce the power consumption under the premise of meeting the system work requirements,and then the data acquisition module and communication module were carried out.The hardware selection and structural design finally integrates all the circuits except the gateway and external sensors into one board,further reducing the system's footprint.The software part uses C language to program the single-chip microcomputer.After designing the software system function,the system function is designed and implemented on the software level.The software realizes the automatic collection function and state judgment of weight and temperature data,and uploads the collected data and status to the cloud platform in the form of data packets through the single-chip computer program.At the same time,the data frame is designed,and the cloud platform can be realized.Specify the logistics information query function of the shelf.In addition,the software design reduces power consumption during system operation and extends system usage time.In the calibration process,a higher precision electronic scale is used to calibrate the weight detection function of the shelf weighing system designed by the subject,which improves the accuracy of the weight detection of the system.Finally,the system construction,weighing calibration and functional test of the shelf weighing system designed by this subject are carried out.The experimental results show that the test results of the shelf weighing system designed by this subject are repetitive,and the weighing error of the repeatability test is less than 0.1kg.The relevant requirements of the technical indicators of this subject have been completed,and the communication test in the basement also proves that the wireless communication of the smart shelf and the cloud platform has the advantages of long communication distance and good transparent transmission performance.
