1.Purpose of The ResearchExcavator is a complicated equipment,service it need professional knowledge. The fault diagnosis of construction machinery need go to job location. The job location of excavator is decentralization,the work strength is greatly,the fault happen abruptly. Therefore fault diagnosis have to quickly and accurate ,In the last years,with the rapid development of the construction machinery ,the problem of the maintenance personnel lack is outstanding day by day. So study the fault diagnosis technique of excavator in favor of improving the speed of fault diagnosis and maintain quality.2. Contest of the Research1) Summarized the history and the foreground of the diagnosis technology from the materials in domestic and abroad. At the last part of this chapter , it shows the framework and the concept of the research of the whole paper.2) Study the fault mechanism of excavatorThrough analyzing the structure of the excavator , we disassemble the function of engine,hydraulic system,electric control system ,analysis the motion of excavator and cooperate of the excavatoe components when compound motions We gave the collection and organization of the diagnosis and experience knowledge and the typical failures., we put foreword the architecture of the excavator fault diagnosis system. sorted by phenomenon of the fault.3)Study the all kinds of mothod of Diagnose knowledge treatment the reasoning and control strategy of fault diagnosis ,analysis advantage and shortage of the diagnosis reason mothod(Regular-based reason , Model-based reason and Case-based Reason). A detailed study is offered about the mothod of framework-based reasoning , first introduce the structure of framework , classes relation of framework and express mothod of framework , second discuss express method The fault diagnosis knowledge base,reason based on framework and search strategy based on framework.(1) Study the reasoning and control strategy of fault diagnosis Full-scale summarized the theroy and method of fault diagnosis , Analyzing and comparing the basic methods used in the fault diagnosis field nowadays(2) Framework-based reason expand the thought of Case-based Reason , Framework is organized according to the ratings structure,Change toward the low class another solid example from the high class another abstract idea ,This structure became certain relation between conjoint frame , the top-class model means abstract idea,Because it provided the general description of one set or a type common objects,this classes frame includes a set of mutual attribute of this kind of classes of object all down frames of this classes will inherit all attributes.This kind of method also supports news' delivery,through programming technology of object-oriented,The framework can make the communication with another.Because the frame can descript the thing , action and affairs of object having fixed format , Therefore The fact can be infered under the new condition,analyzed the possibility of the mothod application of excavator fault diagnosis , the framework based reason is adopted.(3) Explain mothod of excavator fault diagnosis Contrast the mothod used to excavator fault diagnosis:prefabricated text method , track interpretation method and automatic interpretation mechanism based on facts ,Analyzed the possibility of the mothod application of excavator fault diagnosis .4) Make sure of excavator fault diagnosis system structure and the design of knowledge baseSelect Windows operating system,It has the friendly sketch operation interface ,Can do a many task simultaneity ,furthermore programming easy to displace.select Visual C++6.0 as the developing tool through contrasting kinds of programming languages,Visual C++6. 0 is the ripe visual tool software,the frame is a description about the structure of the object. Fault diagnosis can express by the class in visual C++ , The slot in the frame expressed by the member variable , the process which fills slot carries out with the function of member of class.T he upper level frame is father ,The bottoml frame is son,The bottom frame inherits the upper frame,son inherits father.Visual C++6.0 provided a strong appwizardand MFC class libary,can create the procedure frame automatic .User can write the code of function realised.3,conclusionI adopt the mothod of framework uesd in excavator fault diagnosis system in this paper first ,which encapsulate the knowledge object and some operation to it together , also combining inheritance mechanism , may describe not only the static knowledge of thing's structure and their relations but also the dynamic knowledge how to deal with things.Because the time is insufficient, studying on fault diagnosis is superficialness ,knowledge base need to expand yet,The research to the indetermination fault diagnosis is shortage.
