With fast development and fierce competition of Chinese vehicle market, the independent development of systems which have relation with vehicle have been given more and more attention. Meanwhile, future vehicle demand of more economic, comfort and of less damage of environment. Power train of vehicle must fit the demand, and development of automated transmission system is one of important research direction.At present, the automatic transmission technology become more mature, and the automatic transmission is also a wide range of types. Mainly including automated transmission, Automated Mechanical Transmission, double clutch Transmission, Continuously Variable Transmission. They each have characteristics of their own merits. Torque Converter (TC) has the characteristics such as the adapting to out-load and lowing vibration efficiently and enlarging out torque. And Automated Mechanical Transmission is easy making with low cost and has high efficiency. It will be a new type of transmission to combine TC and AMT, TC+AMT automatic shift system,which not only has the benefit of the torque converter but also can use of fully automatic mechanical transmission of high transmission efficiency characteristics, and can be produced on the exist product line that can reduce the cost.So, TC+AMT is one type of transmission with a good future.Equipped with TC + AMT ,the momentum of the vehicle can be greatly improved, but because of the torque converter hydraulic transmission, which could make the fuel economy of vehicles worsen, this paper use the torque converter locked and slip control, which can improve the vehicle's fuel economy. Today, the development of automotive electronic control system commonly use hardware in-the-loop technology, to speed up the pace of development, based on this, this paper also designs TC + AMT hardware in the loop option.Combined with the cooperation research item"Development of TC+AMT automatic shift system of the off-road vehicle"between Jilin University Hydraulic Mechanical Transmission Institute (HMTI) and the army, this dissertation mainly aimed on the study on the slide control algorithm and hardware in-the-loop technology. This paper address five areas:1. Introducing all kinds of automated transmission around the world, and the configuration of TC+AMT automated transmission system. And then introduce the locoed and slip control of the TC+AMT. And introduce the torque converter slip control trend of the word.This paper also point the significance of the control algorithm. Finally, introducing today's automotive electronic control system development process, and put forward the slip control algorithm development process of this paper.2. In this paper, studies the off-road vehicles with the engine and the torque converter matching characteristics, and a detailed study of the engine and torque converter output characteristics of the common work. And on this basis, study the driving force of vehicle output characteristics. 3. Analyzing Slip control detailed. Analyzing the output characteristics of the Slip control, and through analyzing the diffluent transmission and the region of the torsion vibration of the engine. After this, considering the transmission efficiency and the vibration of the transmission, determines the basic slip control and locking control region, as well as pure hydraulic transmission control region. Then based on threshold logic control, combines the simulation method to determine the basic threshold speed and threshold of the throttle opening. Finally, the speed of the slip control calculation and its control methods are studied.4. On the vehicle drive system has been simplified, and then through the kinetic analysis of the engine, hydraulic torque converter, transmission and wheels of the vehicle, the simulation model are established in the MATLAB / Simulink / Stateflow, and set up a slide poor control logic and integrated model of the logic of shifting control model. And then on the basis structures of the above models, the slip control of the vehicle model is established. This model can be used for the simulation of the vehicle status. In order to determine the target rate of the slip control and verification of the results. This paper also sets up a slip control simulation model. In addition, the slip speed PID control strategies are studied through the simulation analysis, and the specific PID parameter values are identified.5. The hardware in-the-loop systems of TC + AMT are studied. Establishing the hardware in-the-loop scheme use the dSPACE , and introduced the merits of this development tools, and establishing a pilot the basic structure of the scheme. Introducing the various sensors of the test-bench detailed. And introducing the TC + AMT hydraulic control system briefly. Finally establishes the hardware in-the-loop system and the software model running on the mainframe, these models are also built in MATLAB / Simulink / Stateflow.In summary, this paper for the slip control algorithm of TC + AMT carried out in-depth studies to determine the specific goals slip control rate, and the TC + AMT hardware in-the-loop system scheme. This paper not only lays the foundation for the development of the electronic control system of TC + AMT for, but also provides a certain reference value of the slip control of hydraulic torque converter.
