The research of guidance ammunition that begin from putting forward the new principle,conceiving the new structure to manufacturing and finalizing the design , needs to experiencemany verification tests. Because the laboratory experiments and shooting range test hascertain risks in the initial stage of ammunition research ,it is very important to conduct groundsimulation and testing before the shooting range experimental.Being set in ballistic correctionrockets,aiming at establishing a platform used for mathematical simulation and test in thebeginning of the study. The simulation thought based on the hardware timer to meet therequirements of the real-time was raised , the overall design of the simulation platform wasascertained including three main parts the industrial control computer, the operating systemand the simulation software . when analyse simulation and test requirements, the workingprinciple of the system was introduced at the same time.In the paper the coordinate system commonly used in the trajectory simulation wasdefined, the transition matrix between them was deduced, the rockets ballistic model wasestablished on the basis of analysed the force in the process of the projectile flight,the ballistictrajectory data was got at last, Then transform the data into the one which meet therequirements according to the GPS receiver as the simulation sample data, using the serialcommunication complete the development of multi-threaded serial interface communicationsoftware based on MFC,The software is used to send the simulation data and other equipmentcommunication, the results confirm the fact that the software is normal operated and completethe simulation experiment of the simulation data GPS receiver. The design plan used onlaboratory testing geomagnetic navigation system is proposed for the study of geomagneticnavigation technology in application of ballistic correction munitions.The earth’s magneticfield calculation model was studied and through programming calculate ballistic trajectory ofmagnetic field on each factor value,which can be used to produce simulation output forexcitation coil according to the ballistic trajectory magnetic field changes taking advantage ofthe developed D/A transformation card application software. The application software having the sequential control function was developed for the card possessing a relay outputfunction,which laid the foundation for the timing signal simulation in future. To gather theanalog signals which can be used to judge whether the function module work properly duringthe test of missile control system, the high-speed analog variables acquisition software basedon the main DMA mode was developed, the test indicated that the software can run normally.
