In engine production process, a stable and reliable identification process is to ensure the normal and orderly machine processing that can not be ignored.Starting from the camshaft pinmarker equipment, intelligent identification system and the workpiece pinmarker system was researched and developed. In the full of studying on the pinmarker system of domestic and abroad on the basis of advantages and disadvantages, the optimal control strategy was used. A single-chip microcomputer control stepper motor system was used just as foreign country, the IPC stepper motor control system. used by all domestic Pinmarker manufacturers was not used. The system also have the function of intelligent recognition and pinmarker communications with CNC machine and the wrong logo alarm at the same time. Stepper motor running track algorithm used by CNC equipment in the interpolation control technology is used, which makes stepper motor running track more flexible. In addition to a ASC II characters, as long as the graphics coordinate data is input to the table, the pinmarker can mark all kinds of graphics. This will make a positive contribution to domestic and international pinmarker manufacturers, in particular to optimize the structure of a pinmarker. the main contents include:1. Before developing and designing the Intelligent pinmarker control system for engine crankshaft, the same control process was designed: the IPC controller, PLC and touch computer control system has been successfully applied. Since then, there has never been any fighting logo error which demonstrates that the control process theory is entirely reasonable. The development of this theory for the design had given a solid theoretical basis.2. Two linear displacement sensor made by Japanese KENCE company were used to replace the eight close switches made by German BULLF. Interval judgment was used to ADC0 conversion and then the results was coded, which fully ensures of the reliability of the identification for central identification, changes the control strategy of central identification. At the same time,a preset input was used, the system can compare the situation in accordance with the importation of judgment, the judgment result was output, thereby controlled strategy was output.3. In this design the C8051F040 MCU made by United States SILICON company was used to control the stepper motor, through I/O port, the square wave with timing sequence was putput as a stepping motor control signal, a subdivision IC PG001M, Driver IC SLA7044 and a power output stage drives stepper motor. C8051F040 Series devices are fully integrated mixed-signal system-on-chip-based MCU. JTAG debug circuit chip allows the use of application systems installed at the end of the MCU products in non-invasive (off-chip resources), at full speed, on board system debugging. Debugging system supports the observation and modify registers and memory to support the breakpoint, observation points, and single-step operation and shutdown orders. When the JTAG debugger is used, all the analog and digital peripherals can be fully functional operation.4. The stepper motor driver was designed in this thesis. To control stepper motor, the subdivision control strategy was used. The stepper motor driver was consisted of subdivision IC PG001M, Driver IC SLA7044 and external circuit. According to a character font size (2.5 mm), infantry-angle should be less than 0.9 o, and so it is necessary to choose subdivision IC. The subdivision IC PG001M output stage can choose full-step, half a step class, 1/4 step-class, 1/8 step-excitation signal, the step-angle was 1.8°, 0.9°, 0.45°, 0.225 o respectively, the excitation signal can completely meet stepper motor work characteristics , a subdivision by selecting switch ratio can select the appropriate step-angle precision.5. Stepper motor control strategies were designed, the algorithm of interpolation control technology of linear and circular interpolation G01 G02, G03 in the NC Technology was applied. X, Y-axis stepper motor is very easy to realize various track to achieve any kinds of characters and pictorial.6. This system is developed for camshaft , so the original machine stepper motor and sensor were used for the control system. In a full analysis of the original pinmarker'sensors and actuators, the sensor input signal processing circuit and the implementation of the hardware drive circuit was designed.7. The LCD display system was used in the the alarm system, a widely used module of LCD TC1602A was chosen, the camshaft models and alarm information can be shown easily, the LCD module design and MCU interface circuit were designed.8. The power supply for IC is +5 V and +3 V, a bus driver circuit was designed, bus driver IC 74LS245 was selected, all the different power IC issues were solved properly.9. To conserve microcontroller I / O resources, interface IC 82C55 was selected in the design, a number of external input can communicate with SCM C8051 through this chip, which makes I / O input greatly simplified. The competition circuit had been designed to effectively solve the competition issue.74HC573 was selected in the design, which can guarantee the normal use of the machinery CNC programme.The results show that:1. SCM controlling stepper motor system can reliably control engine camshaft marking work, the hardware and software of controlling system is reasonable.2. The design of intelligent recognition system for engine crankshaft is reasonable, and completely resolves the issue of logo errors.3. The design of LCD display system is rational, intelligent recognition system for engine crankshaft is fully capable of realizing the function of types display and identification error alarm.4. The rational design of SCM controlling stepper motor system and CNC machining equipment communications can ensure that CNC PRG. is completely normally called.5. The design of subdivision IC PG001M and drive IC SLA7044 and the external drive circuit is reasonable and the performance is stable. Stepper motor can run stably and reliably. 6. Intelligent Control System is simple in structure, stable, cost-effective, superior to the traditional industrial computer control systems or PLC control system.
