In order to solve the two-steps reciprocating inertia force of the traditional inline-four diesel engine which is difficult to balance, the paper adopted a new type of the crankshaft and the cylinder type, the angle of cylinder and crankcase are fixed up as V type of90°. It can be fully realized the balance of two-steps reciprocating inertia force, and more advantages to a one order reciprocating inertia force balance than inline-four machine.In order to further reduce the volume and weight of the engine, this paper put forward two of crankshaft support plan, the crankshaft of full supporting and of un-full supporting, also carries on the design and comparative analysis. This paper has finished the parameter design and set the3d modeling of the two supporting scheme of crankshaft based on the PTC support plan. Then based on the AVL-AUTOSHAFT software for its quality and stiffness decomposition; Based on the AVL-Designer platform for fatigue coefficient calculation analysis; Based on the HyperWorks software for3d mesh division; Based on the MSC_Patran and MSC_Nastran software for its model reduction, modal calculation and contrast analysis; Based on the AVL-EXCITE_PU multi-body dynamics software for kinematics analysis of the master node, the minimum oil film thickness, maximum oil film pressure, orbital path calculation of main bearing, bearing stress of the master node and torsional vibration. At last using MSC_Nastran software it has did the stress recovery of crankshaft and found out the biggest points should be, then assessed their strength.Finally, based on the results of above, then put forward the Optimization improvement scheme to these two supporting scheme of crankshaft. This study will provide the reference to the further development of the V75diesel engine, such as further reduce the volume of the models, reduce the quality etc.
