As the total number of vehicles continuously increases,the problems it brought constantly come out.For example,the Energy-Shortage,the Environmental- Degradation and so on.Just in this case,the hybrid technology ,as a new energy-saving and environmental technology,is paid more and more attention by Governments and scientific research institutions.However,because of the restrictions by the energy conversion and storage elements,there are all kinds of insurmountable problems for the traditional electric hybrid technology.For example, low power density, small-frequency discharge and can't quickly store large amounts of brake energy,etc.As to the urban transport vehicles,frequent start-up and braking require large amounts of energy must be quick release and recovery.So, because of the shortcomings of the storage battery, this requirement can not be met.This make the electric hybrid technology be greatly hampered for being used on the urban transport vehicles.Just in this case, the Hydraulic-Hybrid technology came into being. Compared to the electric hybrid vehicles, the hydraulic hybrid vehicles have a distinct advantage in the way of the brake energy recovery\storage and release.These advantages are mainly decided by the energy conversion process,which is in the form of no energy conversion,and storage elements of its energy characteristics.Therefore, the research on the whole hydraulic hybrid vehicle braking system is extremely necessary, and far-reaching significance.This article based on the research of various forms of Hydraulic Energy Storage, determined its merits by comprehensive comparison,designed the series system as the form of the Energy Recovery Braking System in the Hydraulic Hybrid Vehicle of the project.Analysed and established the model of the Energy Recovery Braking System in the Hydraulic Hybrid Vehicle (Hydraulic Energy Storage Energy Recovery Braking System) by analyzing the automobile brake condition of the brake. Determined the energy Recovery braking control strategy and designed the controller of the system.The vehicle can effectively recover the tremendous energy generated by brake. At the same time,the system can provide an effective torque to ensure the smooth slowdown when the automobile brake.It achieved the goal of Energy Saving and Emissions Reducing.I believe that this artcle will enable hydraulic hybrid technology to a certain extent to be perfect by the research on the Energy Recovery Braking System in the Hydraulic Hybrid Vehicle,and it will make contributions for the early use of the the Hydraulic Hybrid Technology in daily traffic.This dissertation put up the studies of the Energy Recovery Braking System in Hydraulic Hybrid Vehicle as following:1.By comparative analysis of the Hydraulic Hybrid Vehicles,determined the pros and cons of different structures of the Energy Recovery Braking System. On this basis,designed and constructed the Energy Recovery Braking System with the Secondary Regulation Hydrostatic Transmission Technology.Determined the integration between the components and the system control method by carefully analysing.2.Based on the structure of the Energy Recovery Braking System designed before,established the model of the system by studying the brake condition and analyzing the mathematical model of the secondary component. Make the State of automobile brake pedal as a control parameter of the introduction of auto Recovery braking control system Innovatively.This could make the Energy Recovery Braking System achieve the purpose of working together with the original brake system, and adapt to the driver's driving habits.3.By studying the work characteristics and the work requirements of the Energy Recovery Braking System,divided the Energy Recovery Braking System controller into three parts ,they are the braking strategy option control module, the original brake control module and Recovery braking control module.After this,designed the structure of the system.4.When designed the Recovery braking control module,used the Fuzzy-Immune PID algorithm as the Energy Recovery Braking System control strategy.And designed the immune feedback structure of the Recovery braking control module based on the characteristics of the control strategy.5.Use the SIMULINK module of the software named MATLAB to simulate and analyse the system and its controller.The result shows that the design of energy Recovery braking system and its controller could fully achieve the purpose of brake energy recovery. And the Energy Recovery Braking System could provide part of the braking torque for the braking system.
