| Hydraulic secondary regulation technology is a new type of hydraulic transmission technique, and comes up with a new circuit structure and control law for hydraulic system. Most of all,this technology has provided the possibility for the energy recovery and reuse, and saves energy, so already became one of hot spots of hydraulic technique.This thesis summarizes the development status at home and abroad,the major application fields and prospect of secondary regulation. After then, it introduces the composition, the operational principle and characteristics of the technology, and analyzes its three control methods briefly.This thesis focuses on speed control,which is the most basic regulation method in secondary regulation system. Taking the part of secondary regulation experiment as the research object,its mathematical model is established. Under the MATLAB/Simulink environment, this thesis analyzes the principle of speed control system, and the affect on speed control system by set speed, sources pressure and load fluctuation, and obtains the influence law of every factors on system. At the same time, through research on energy recovery, the peak point of energy recovery can be calculated, the best effect of energy recovery can be obtained.This thesis designs PID controller and Fuzzy controller to improve control performance of system, furthermore, to restrain the influence load fluctuations cause efficiently, and obtains the good results. |
