Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor (PMSM), has good characteristics of small size, light weight, reliable operation, high energy conversion efficiency, high speed wide range and good static and dynamic behavior, etc. So it is widely used in various servo system. Control precision, stability and anti-jamming capability are important factors that determine the overall performance measurement of servo system .In order to make the system have higher precision, stability and stronger anti-jamming capability, to use an appropriate control strategy is essential. Therefore, at present, the control strategy of PMSM servo system is a hot research.The research of traditional double-closed-loop PID control strategy is the linear time-invariant control problems. However, PMSM is a non-linear, strong-coupling and time-invariant "system", and its servo object has strong uncertainty and non-linear characters, and in the course of operation will be different interference. In addition, the electrical parameters of the PMSM will change while the motor is operating. As PID control parameters prior to the establishment of good basis for setting a accurate mathematical model ,which parameters can't vary in time, therefore, the system must exist disadvantages of low steady precision and interference resistance.Fuzzy logic control theory using fuzzy set theory, put mature experience and rules of experts into the control strategy, and alter the control parameters in time according to the change of the system parameters is able to achieve good control effect. This dissertation designs two basic and utility fuzzy controller base on research of fuzzy logic control theory and put them in the application to the PMSM servo system, a system model and its simulation is set , which is compared with the traditional double-closed-loop PID control system simulation results .The simulation results show that this new type of fuzzy PID control strategy significantly improve the response speed of the system, greatly improve the static and dynamic performance of the PMSM servo system, and enhance its anti-interference capabilities, meet the requirements of high-performance servo systems.
