The full-closed loop control system is integrated mechanical-electronic system which incloud electrical servo system、mechanical feeding system and physical cutting process.Mechanical and electrical servo feed system is not completely separated, but by the feedback loop coupling interaction.This paper selected a typical screw transmission mechanism as mechanical feeders,select the permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) as a drive motor,studying the major subsystems of the closed-loop system operating characteristics、control mode and the dynamic performance。First,this paper introduced how to use the SimMechanics toolbox to establish the complex mechanism system model -taking leadscrew driver system as example.The simulation show that use this method obtain the process model conveniently and accurately. This can be a basis for the complex mechanism system modeling and optimization design.The servo controller is the core of the full-closed loop control system in PMSM and the servo control technology is one of the key technologies that to determine the quality of AC servo system. In this paper,the servo drive system adopts both SVPWM and speed sensorless vector control techniques are discussed in detail and the traditional sliding-mode observer for position has been improved. Simulation results show that the sensorless vector control method based on an improved sliding-mode observer has achieved the rotor position estimation by tracking the actual current signal effectivly.In this paper the fuzzy neural network controller is designed as the mechanical feed system controller in full-closed loop system. Because the backlash in mechanical feeding system affects static and dynamic characteristics of the response of speed,so the fuzzy neural network controller with a combination of the integral controller will solve that problem and make a good performace in speed response of the full-closed loop system.On this base,this paper makes out the hardware design in detail about the servo drive system which adopted a motor control special chip DSP-TMS320F2812 produced by TI company as control core,including power transfer circuit、outside circuit of DSP、signal detection and protection circuit,also gives the design of closed loop control strategy for software.
