Our country is much quakes country, and there are many ports in earthquake region especially in costal region and inland river ports. Results from earthquakes from America, Japan and Turkey show that piled wharf have the most probability to damage in earthquakes. Vertical pile is to bear vertical load in piled wharfs. Simultaneous there are lots of inclined pile to resistance horizontal force and earthquake force. In non-liquefied sites, because of pile top cracking, fracture and even broken pile under horizontal seismic inertial force pile, the whole wharf will be damaged completely at last; In liquefied sites, large deformation of liquefiable soil body make a lateral thrust which make displacement of pile top increase rapidly. With pore water pressure dissipation and liquefiable soil body's settlement, serious inclination occurred because soil body make a negative friction force to pile body. It will finally cause unrepairable and permanent damage. Therefor, it is necessary to have static analysis on the whole structure of wharf according to the different soil features and structural forms. And it is important to announce the mechanics laws under earthquake load of various structural High-piled Wharf and different site conditionsAccording to the different site conditions and various structural forms, the primary task of this article as follows:1. This paper concludes effect law on liquefiable soil body's relative density, groundwater level, intensity of ground motion and pile top's consolidated depth to pile body by researching liquefiable saturated foundation soil and on pile body. And it also provides the effect law on shore soil before and after liquation to pile body's internal force and pile top's displacement by researching shore soil mechanical effects2. This paper concludes effect law on different soil parameters to pile top's internal force, horizontal displacement and horizontal acceleration by researching soft interlayer and hard layer of different position and thickness to pile foundation. And it can provide reference for High-piled Wharf Design on complex conditions.3. This paper investigates pile body's internal force, pile top's horizontal displacement and horizontal acceleration change law under static mechanical force with different angles of inclined piles based on special formation conditions, soil parameters and pile foundation structure system of Chao-Fei-Dian High-piled Wharf No.3 cross-section. And it gives optimal angular region ,so it can provide reference for High-piled Wharf Design.
