Bridge,as the important hinge in communication and transportation, we are in common care for the program to know its working capability in time and to ensure it working safely.Thanks to the consummation of theory for calculating structure and development of test technique,as far,several methods to appraise the capability of bridge have been formed,such as the static and dynamic load-experiment, monitor for health of structure, dynamic damage identification,etc.And in all of those ways,the static and dynamic load-experiment is applied in far-ranging to appraise the safety and to evluate the carrying capacity of new and old bridge because of its excellence as intuitional,credible and easy to be spreaded.It is now a comparative consummative appraisive system,in which the static load-expriment is in the highest flight.Due to the complexity and randomicity of bridge structural vibration,the parameter of appraising the dynamic capability of structure is still being probed into at home and abroad.Till now, no uniform standard and consummative appraisive system has been formed,because of which,a number of experimental data can not been fully and effective made use of to appraise the structural capability in a system way. According to the practical situation of bridge static and dynamic load-experiment and the need of appraising of structural capability,this thesis aims at studying and groping for the a more reasonable and scientific way which unites the static and dynamic parameter to appraise structural capability based on the tested dynamic parameter.The author make use of the theory of dynamics of structural and statistics to study the quantified methods appraising capability of girder bridge based on dynamic tested parameter after collecting and refineing the original dynamic data.It contains the study of the reliability of dynamic tested parameter and the method to correct the dynamic tested parameter; the way to analyse and evluating structural carrying capacity generally based on the tested influence line,impact coefficient and static check coefficient;the appraiseing of structural stiffiness based on tested frequence and validity analysis;the calculattion of dynamic response of structure based on the finite element theory and validity analysis.
