The Research Of Fly Ash Applied On Highway Concrete Pavement

In order to improve the cement concrete pavement quality, strengthen and improve the mechanics indicators of cement concrete pavement and the use of performance indicators to achieve the purpose of comprehensive utilization of fly ash, this study researched on the apply of fly ash in the highway cement concrete pavement. Through a large number of laboratory tests, carried out the pilot studies with fly ash concrete pavement performance and focus on the characteristics of fly ash, concrete mechanism to improve road, the road of using fly ash concrete performance, strength properties, wear resistance and shrinkage properties , and other indicators to test comparison and analysis, this study can be obtained the conclusions that by adding fly ash cement concrete pavement comprehensively improve performance, improve the use of cement concrete pavement function. At the same time, with supported by the implementation of the project related to fly ash cement concrete pavement in Qujing, Yunnan to SHENGJINGGUAN highway, through pilot demonstration, technology selection and construction concluded that the fly ash concrete on the pavement materials and mix design requirements, fly ash Concrete Pavement Construction technical requirements and quality assurance measures were studied, and forming the road construction technology kits of a fly ash concrete material characteristics and can meet the requirements of large-scale mechanized construction. Through cost analysis, project accounting and benefit assessment, the fly ash in road works to reduce costs and improve operating efficiency, and works to promote sustainable development are noticeable results, considerable economic and social benefits significantly. The fly ash cement concrete pavement that have a good prospect, and put forward the proposal that it should vigorously promote in the construction of the highway.
