The Study On The Fire Analysis And The Fire Rescue Preplan Of Highway Tunnel

Fire is one of most serious disasters faced by long highway tunnel. Although it's low to happen fire in highway tunnel, it's harm huge.when it happens fire in highway tunnel, it's difficult to evacuate people and put it out, even cause traffic jam and second disaster.In order to reduce people casualty and worth loss which fire maybe cause, highway tunnel rescue preplan is studied.Firstly, the paper introduces the tunnel fire about its characteristics, causes, damages and status in quo of research in the woild. Then, making use of theoretic analysis and fire experiment, the paper analyzes the temperature distribution, which include the connection among maximum temperature, air velocity and intensity of fire sources, the process of temperature changing with time, the rule of temperature distribution along landscape and longitudinal orientation.The construction of fire detection and control systems and the fire protection methods are discussed, and it is important that alarm/fire protection system must be in-phase in the tunnel fire.On the basis of this, safety system on the tunnel fire protection and rescue of the long Highway tunnel are discussed deeply.Based on those chapters, the emergency preplan on the HECHENG long double-tube road tunnel and the fire protection and rescue of the long highway tunnel is established. By way of safety system engineering method analyzing, in this paper, the emergency preplan on the tunnel fire protection and rescue of the long highway tunnel is discussed. It is emphasized that emergency preplan on the tunnel fire protection and rescue of the long highway tunnel must be established perfectly making up of some important subsystem, for example, personnel evacuation, traffic-control, fire-fighting, traffic-recovery and so 0n.At last,Taking the HECHENG long highway tunnel for example, this paper provides some control measures for fire disaster ventilation and scheme of rescue and evacuation and personnel evacuation and traffic-control preplan are simulated by the use of VISSIM software.
