| At present, China's construction safety management is relatively low. Resulting in construction safety accidents, and the project cost, quality and construction period had a negative impact. Therefore, improving construction safety management, reduce the accident rate, is urgently needed for the survival and development of China's construction enterprises. Based on the analysis problems of the current management of the construction business case, this paper proposed the construction of production safety management system. And we combined an empirical project to make analysis and have a conclusion, which have theoretical and practical significance to strengthen production safety management of construction enterprises.
