| Safety production is related to the safety of people’s lives and property,social stability and economic development,and also an important guarantee for the survival and development of power companies.But in recent years,with the development of society,the development of power construction is changing with each passing day,leading to the contradiction between efficiency and safety is becoming increasingly prominent,which brings great risks to the safety management of power companies.Since 2019,there have been many accidents in the power industry in southern China,and the safety production situation is very serious.Therefore,if YP company wants to do a good job in production safety,it must establish a long-term mechanism of production safety management.Since the construction and operation of safety production risk management system in 2007,the management system has been basically formed.However,in the operation of the system,it has not been carried out persistently.There are still some problems,such as not paying attention to scientific production safety management methods,not paying attention to the innovation and exploration of production safety management,not paying attention to the refinement and unification of problems,lack of forward-looking thinking and systematic management of its own risks,and poor implementation of the system.The company’s production safety risk management is also facing very severe challenges.First of all,this paper studied the basic theory of safe production and the closed loop management theory of PDCA.Then,it summarized the relevant research on the risk management system of safe production at home and abroad,and the risk management system of power enterprises at home and abroad.Then,it summarized the current risk management system of the company.Through the combination of literature research,case study and investigation,YP company was the research object.They would carry out review and investigation,assess the production management system and its operation effect,ensure the system’s comprehensive,adequate and effective operation,and provide improvement methods for the system’s future healthy development.In the process of searching and analyzing the operation of the risk management system of YP company,he found that there were many problems in the company’s concept of safe production,the updated system of safe production management,the quality of employees,and the daily management.Then put forward improvement measures to optimize the YP company’s production safety risk management system and system in the operation of YP company.In order to effectively prevent and reduce the occurrence of major accidents,ensure the safe operation of power grid,reduce the degree of loss to the company caused by security risks,and help the company to obtain the highest security at the lowest cost.Integrate the system into daily life,promote the participation of all staff,do a good job in risk prevention and treatment,to further improve the level of production safety management,and promote the healthy development of the company. |
