Based on large condensing generation units for the research object, the paper analyzed some thermal economic indexes of units, and researched the general calculated model of the thermodynamic system thermal equilibrium as well as equivalent heat drop, and expatiated the variable operating condition of the heater and the condenser, and established the corresponding calculation model. On the basis of the unit variable operating condition analysis, the paper carried on a more detailed analysis to the influencing factors of the unit operating parameters reference value, and researched the economic analysis model of the operating parameters at a variety of deviation existent at the same time. Finally working out thermal efficiency analysis software for a condensing power plant, it can carry on thermal efficiency analysis to the thermodynamic system and the operating parameters of the unit, can point out the size of energy-saving potential and distribution, have a certain application value.
