This text bases on Energy-Efficiency Distribution Matrix Equation. In existing power plant, conventional points of steam turbine are not enough because any reason. They are analyzed in this text. Then the system is plotted afresh. And this article put forward the thermal economic behavior analyze in the condition of parameter defecting using Energy-Efficiency Distribution Matrix Equation, it uses the nonlinear information treating capability, construct the neural network model of composed enthalpy in the feed parameter defected condition.By means of using the thermal economic behavior analyze in the condition of parameter defecting using Energy-Efficiency Distribution Matrix Equation, this method is creditable, and at field it provides a effective method for the thermal economic behavior analyze in the condition of parameter defecting in heat-engine plant.
