In recent years, serious environmental pollution, severe climate change, resource starvation, which seriously threaten the survival and development of human beings. In the thirteenth five-year plan, national economic structure will usher in a comprehensive adjustment.Increasingly severe resource and environmental problems have become a great obstacle to the development of economy and society in the future. Therefore, considering the reality and long-term development of our country, building a resource-saving and environment-friendly society is an inevitable choice. The energy consumption of China’s electric power industry is huge and the energy saving potential is huge, energy saving become particularly important. Therefore it is of great significance to make a energy efficiency evaluation of distribution network. This paper firstly analysis the loss and calculation method of distribution network and put forward measures to improve the level of energy efficiency. Then, the factors that affect the energy efficiency of distribution network are analyzed from four aspects, such as power network loss, voltage quality, power load and distribution network equipment,And the energy efficiency evaluation index system is constructed. Aiming at the lack of the energy efficiency evaluation method, two kinds of comprehensive evaluation algorithm models are established. One is the combination of membership degree method and model similarity method; The other is the combination of AHP and grey correlation analysis method and model of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. And based on the actual operation data of a certain lOkV distribution network, the comprehensive evaluation algorithm model is used to evaluate the energy efficiency of the distribution network...
