This paper emphasis on the research of integral testing system for accumulator battery based on the current-source PWM inverter, which is desired in high voltage and high current, adjustable range of DC current and voltage, ripple ratio≤0.2%, unity power factor in AC side, no harmonic content and fast response. With the analysis and comparison on the topological structure and operating principle of the component and direct type multilevel inverters, the inverter topological in the integral testing system for accumulator battery is defined, and a direct-current double-closed control strategy based on dq synchronous rotational axes is designed. The results in open loop, closed loop and double closed loop of the experiment system verify that the control strategy designed in this paper meets the adjustable range of DC current and voltage, reduces the value of ac impulsive component in dc current, realizes unity power factor in AC side and low harmonic content, increases the response speed.
