This paper emphasis on the converting part of integral testing system for accumulator battery which is desired in high voltage and high current,adjustable range of DC current and voltage,ripple ratio≤0.2%,unity power factor in AC side,no harmonic content and fast response.Design a three phase current rectifier as the core converting topology and a direct-current double-closed control strategy based on d-q synchronous rotational axes as the control strategy.The SVPWM arithmetic is applied to the battery testing system and compared to the conventional SPWM algorithm.Simulate the testing system in various condition such as open-loop,single closed-loop,double closed-loop and load conditions'mutation,also do some experiment to validate the upper theory in laboratory,the results can achieve the requirement of integral testing system of accumulator battery.
