Cable-stayed bridge has been the most popular bridge for its beautiful appearance and novel structure and can being built with long span .Because the relation between design and construction is very close,so that construction monitoring and control is very important in the construct process of a cable-stayed bridge .The code for cable-stayed bridge design of highway bridge rules that we must actualize monitoring and control duaring the construction process of cable-stayed bridges.Based on the complete construction monitoring and control process of SANHE bridge in LINYI,SHANDONG province,following aspects are researched in this article.(1) The means of construction monitoring and control firstly been researched in the paper,after this ,the proper construction monitoring and control scheme is established followed by construting perfect construction monitoring and control system.(2) After researched the theory of dimensional finite element of cable-stayed bridge,The dimensional model of the SANHE bridge is built and each construction phase is been calculated .The whole construction monitoring and control process of the SANHE bridge is also introduced ,it focused on the reason of the cable tension testing error by comparison the testing result and calculate result.(3) Through the practice of SANHE bridge,common ways of cable tension testing were analyzed and the test precision were analyzed ,so does the meas of testing of concrete and steel.(4) The methods of error analysis of Cable-stayed bridges construction monitoring and control is introduced in this paper besides the application of least squares basic principal in the analyse of activity of design parameters.(5) By cmparising between the calculated value and the test value,the reason of the error was find and being put into guiding the next construction step .After the SANHE bridge was constructed,the stress and deflection of the towerthe main beam and the cable were very closed to the design.Finally, the research work in the dissertation is concluded, and the research in the future is been looking forward to.
