Roadbed, as the basis of track structure, must have high strength, big stiffness, stability and durability of good features. So, in order to achieve the above objectives, to strengthening construction and quality control testing is a key link during constructing.The designed speed is 250km/h in new the Wu-Guang special passenger line. In the railway, the length of roadbed occupies 41.9% of the route and along the railway , there is a requirement to use filling materials A and B group.In this paper, combination the testing section at DK1701+440-DK1701+585 and DK1703+550-DK1703+750 of the pilot unit III bid section belonged to the fourteenth bureau of China railway, research filling materials B group was made, and importantly, a method with rapid and accurate to measure the compaction of roadbed was given. The traditional method of testing the quality of compaction was described and evaluated comprehensive, and then correction of conventional method was got on the basis of dates( EV2, K30, EVd )measured by the test. Lastly the method depended on mainly by EV2 was god.Moreover, this paper also based on power compaction principle between the vibro-roller and the roadbed, utilizes the WS-5922 data acquisition meter and the acceleration instrument, monitored power response characteristic of the vibro-roller in the roadbed compaction process, and has analyzed relationship between the power response and the conventional examination target. To provide reasonable control of design parameters and construction methods, the method of testing requirements, testing procedures, test data processing method was determined.The monitoring system which was identified preliminarily by the field testing is effective during compaction process.
