The engineering properties of coarse-grained soil include physical and mechanical properties,deformation characteristics and bearing capacity.In subgrade engineering,the compaction degree is an important factor affecting the deformation parameters and bearing capacity,and the compaction degree will change to some extent influenced by the construction environment.The study of the relationship between the compaction degree and these parameters has important guiding value for the engineering.This article relies on the construction project of Shache Airport Expressway in Xinjiang.The modified standard indoor load equipment is used to measure the modulus of resilience.The applicability and reliability of the equipment are verified by comparison and analysis with the field measured values.The bearing capacity and the foundation bed coefficient of the subgrade are obtained by the equipment,and the tests are made to obtain the degree of compaction and deformation.The relationship between sex and carrying capacity.Finally,the optimum ratio of strength of coarse-grained soil reinforced by vinyl copolymer emulsion is studied.This paper mainly obtains the following research results.(1)through investigation and investigation,the engineering geological condition of the highway is mastered,especially the form and distribution law of bad geology.The applicability of coarse grained soil as subgrade filler is preliminarily determined,and the compactness and bearing capacity of natural coarse-grained soil are obtained through the test.(2)the soil salt content,particle grading and compaction characteristics ofsubgrade soil are obtained through laboratory geotechnical tests,providing basic parameters for subsequent tests.The shear strength characteristics of coarse grained soil and the shear strength index of coarse particles in coarse grained soil were obtained by large scale and small direct shear tests.The study found that the shear indexes of fine particles were closely related to the overall shear strength,and the linear relationship between the two was linear.(3)the experimental results of the resilient modulus are compared with the field measured values.The results show that the resilient modulus of the improved equipment is close to the measured value,only 3%,and the accuracy of the test is greatly improved,and the relation between the compactness and the power function of the modulus of resilience is given.The test method for testing the bearing capacity of the subgrade is less.In this paper,the bearing capacity of the subgrade is in accordance with the test results,the bearing capacity and the compactness show a power function relation,the coefficient of the foundation bed reflects the strength and stiffness of the subgrade,but the coefficient of the base bed of the coarse grain soil is difficult to obtain,and the article is concluded.The method of determining the coefficient of the base bed directly by the indoor load test is given.On the premise of verifying its rationality and accuracy,the coefficient of the base bed under different compactness is discussed.(4)through the unconfined compressive strength test,the influence law of the addition amount of the vinyl copolymer emulsion reinforcing agent on its strength is explored,and the optimum ratio of the coarse-grained soil in the chemical reinforcement is determined.
