The Bridge Building Machine(BBM for short) is an advance construction equipment and Segment Installation Method is often used with the machine. Before and after wet-joints rigidity formed and during the tensioning procedure,more than one transformation of bearing system are experienced, Accurate determination of primary member force condition is significant to ensure the safety of the engineering and the application of the prefabricated equipment.Based on the development of BBM at home and abroad, taking the BBM of MZ3200 as the subject, the main work is given as follows:(1) The general construction method and technical advantages of the BBM are presented, basic structure and construction technology flow of MZ3200 is also introduced in detail.(2) The general analysis method of spatial truss structure is presented, with the element software MIDAS and combined with the structure features, the spatial model of MZ3200 bridge construction machine is modeled. After detailed mechanical analysis in segment hoisting process and stretching process of MZ3200 is done, the calculative result is provided.(3)Based on the construction control theory and control method ,combined with the BBM of MZ3200,the key points of construction control in site are given and the control measuring points are presented .According to the test,the paper gets the practical cuvre of the deformation and the stress in different construction phases.(4)According to the theory and test data, the theoretical and practical stresses deviation and the deflection deviation are get after comparing the measuring points stresses and main truss deflection. The main truss theoretical and practical elastic recovery pre and post tensioning is presented, and the result can offer reference for the next cross.Finally the research work of the paper is concluded and the research in the future is looked forward to.
