Steel truss continuous beam bridge with its beautiful shape,good structural stiffness,strong stability is favored by designers.The main bridge of Tianjin Haihe River Bridge with large span steel truss continuous girder bridge,from design,construction to the final bridge involves many key issues.During the construction process,to ensure the safety and reliability of the bridge erection,temporary structure used in construction must be rigorous simulation analysed;in order to make the bridge in the construction process as well as after the completion of the bridge,the internal force and linear and so meet the design requirements,in addition to be familiar with the various construction stages,but also must use the appropriate technical means to control and monitor the bridge.On the basis of a large amount of reading related literature,with the Tianjin Haihe River Bridge as the background,the main research contents of this paper are as follows:(1)Double wall steel cofferdam and steel sheet pile cofferdam are two kinds of different types of cofferdam,which have been widely used in the construction of deep water foundation of bridge.This paper has a comprehensive comparative analysis of the double wall steel cofferdam and the steel sheet pile cofferdam with construction period,investment cost,technical characteristics and other aspects,thus explore the basis of the two types of project selection of deep water foundation,to achieve the project investment more economic,operating more optimized,more reasonable time limit for a project.(2)Design the temporary support of the main bridge of Haihe River bridge which is needed in installation of steel truss continuous beam,simulate and analyse the stress of the steel pipe pile,the connecting system,and the distribution of the beam,provide the basis for the construction technique control measures of the temporary support of the main bridge,to ensure the safety and quality of the steel truss girdererection.(3)54m large span gantry crane put use to the steel truss girder bridge installation and construction of the Haihe River Bridge,so the upper structure of trestle bridge construction conditions and gantry crane running conditions are simulated and analyzed.(4)Some key technical problems in the construction of steel truss continuous beam bridge are introduced in detail,which is of some reference value to the similar bridge construction in the future.(5)Combined with the principle and method of bridge construction monitoring,this paper analyzes the construction monitoring essential points,puts forward the main contents of the construction monitoring,and simulates and analyzes the structure of the bridge.(6)Carry out stress monitoring,deformation monitoring,pier subsidence monitoring,temperature monitoring,middle pier bearing concrete bridge deck with negative moment area and girder steel slip monitoring,important parts of concrete cracks observation of the steel truss continuous beam bridge,in order to ensure the bridge deck alignment and stress state meets the design requirements.
