In recent years, with the development of bridge construction and improvement of steel output and quality, the construction of steel arch bridges in our country has come into a brand new era, and long-span continous steel trussed arch bridge rises rapidly. In the dissertation, by engineering practice assisted with theory analysis, taking Chaotian Gate bridge as project background, these problems of its spatial static behavior, computer simulation for construction process and aerostatic stability are discussed.Main research works of this dissertation are included below:(1) Make an overview of the development of Long-span steel trussed arch bridge at home and abroad, and analyse its structural characteristics and design theory.(2) Deflection theory of large-span arch bridge and basic theory of finite elment for space analysis are discussed, summarizes steps of finite element analysis and gives some related stiffness matrices, load vectors, formulas and so on.(3) Joining the engineering example of Chaotian Gate bridge, this thesis builds up a integrated finite element model. Structural effect under finished bridge state and the influence of dead load, live load and temperature load on the stucture under operation stage are computed and analysed, then structure stress and deformation are checed under the most dangeous load effect combination. Meanwhile the influence on static internal force are analysed when the hangers are damaged.(4) Several construction methods and simulation calculation methods for construction process of long-span steel trussed arch bridge are introduced and compared in this paper. According to its construction characteristics and technology, construction simulation calculation of steel trussed arch bridge combining with Chaotian Gate bridge are discussed.(5) Its aerostatic stability at operation stage and construction stage are analysed under different loading conditions. The results show that the influence of lateral static wind load on its stability is very small, its wind-resistant performance is good, and meets the requirements of wind-resistant specification.
