| With the development of bridge construction and improvement of steel output and quality, long-span steel trussed arch bridge is widely constructed, because of its beautiful shape, its great spanning capacity and its good landscope effects. But its construction technology is not perfect. In order to solve construction technology of long-span steel trussed arch bridge, its construction technology is deeply studied, in the thesis.Firstly, the development and the construction method overviews of long-span steel trussed arch bridge at home and abroad are summarized; its structural composition is introduced, and its structural characteristics is analyzed. At the same time, the calculation theory of long-span arch bridge is discussed. Finite element analytic steps of bridge constructure are summarized in the thesis.Secondly, the used construction method is determined, according to comparison and selection of long-span steel trussed arch bridge construction scheme. Its construction technological process of deck unit erection crane method is put forward. The deck unit erection crane construction method is introduced in detail, which covers its field preparation work, components processing and transportation, steel trussed components installation, mid-span closure construction and solutions on navigation channel influence.Lastly, analysis method, principles, plane analysis model, spatial analysis model, construction control method and measuring point arrangement of long-span steel trussed arch bridge are introduced in detail. The main control construction conditions are analyzed by using software MIDAS/CIVIL6.7.1etc, and its calculation results are compared with monitoring data, and the feasibility of deck unit erection crane construction method and rationality of construction control are verification. |
