The thesis presents the design and realization of a data synchronous acquisition system in integrated protection based on FPGA and digital frequency multiplying technique.Firstly development of relay protection in power system, meaning of thesis studing, research status, achieved technology and existed problems home and abroad in the thesis are introduced. Secondly according to the demand of data acquisition system synchronization and real-timing in integrated protection and development and applyment of some new related technology, borrowing achieved research theory and practice results, the thesis put forwords the whole framework, realized function and new 'software and hardware design' scheme.This thesis brings forward GPS time synchronization technique and presents a new data synchronous acquisition in power system. This new system integrates GPS time synchronization, digital frequency multiplying technique, data acquisition and data storage in FPGA, and implements data synchronous acquisition between two substations as well as in one substation of power system. Some simulation and analysis results used by Quartus II design software are presented, and hardware system is measured through using SignalTap II. The project can be used in integrated protection of power system.
