Research On Retractable Reticulated Mega-structures

Based on the huge amounts of reference materials and research work on retractable roof structure which have already been done, retractable reticulated mega-structure has been put forward. The horizontal move retractable mode retractable reticulated mega-structure is researched on structural form, mechanical model, static property, stability property and dynamical characteristic.At first, on the ground of reviewing the foundation, the development and the application of retractable roof structure, the retractable reticulated mega-structure has been put forward by combining the characteristics of the reticulated mega-structure. The characteristics and advantages of retractable reticulated mega-structure are annotated and narrated in this paper.Moreover, research on the retractable mode of rigid retractable roof structure is carried out. And the selection principle of retractable mode is presented. Relying on this and combining with the characteristics of reticulated mega-structure, three retractable modes have been put forward. In addition, the structure arrangement , mechanical device and driving device are researched.Using horizontal move retractable mode as the research object, static performance of retractable reticulated mega-structure is studied systematically. The differences of static characteristics such as internal forces of members and rail deformations among the different state of the retractable reticulated mega-structure are anslyzed and compared when the condition of fixed roof bearing the load by itself or cooper atively with moving roof, and the change regulartion of static performance which based on the roof open and close movement is generalized. Moreover, the geometric nonline character of structure has also been taken into considerations. A series of parameter analysis are carried obout the static property.Besides, the paper systemically studies the linear and non-linear stability property of the retractable reticulated mega-structure, The differences of stability characteristics such as ultimate load and buckling model among the different state of the retractable reticulated mega-structure are anslyzed and compared when the condition of fixed roof bearing the load by itself or cooper atively with moving roof, and the change regulartion of stability performance which based on the roof open and close movement is generalized. Like stability property analized, a series of parameter analysis are carried obout the stability property. The dynamical characteristic of the retractable reticulated mega-structure under different states have been systemically studied, including natural vibration frequency and the characteristics of some low-order mode, and the change regulartion of dynamical characteristic which based on the roof open and close movement is generalized Parameter analysis is carried for the research of the dynamical characteristic.
