With the development of the indusnal construction in our country, more and more utmost load vehicles run on the bridges. But the bridges can't meet the bearing capacity request for utmost vehicles in design. There have urgent time and heavy mission characteristic when the utmost vehicles passing bridges. Quickly bearing capacity evalution and make a advisable reinforcement measures, which it is very significant.Applying MIDAS/Civil 2006 to make finite element models for the double arch bridge and rigid frame arch bridge. And then, making a systemic check computations and evaluations for bearing capacity, when the variable level utmost vehicles passing the different spans. This paper study out reinforcement measures for the part if the bearing capacity evalution can't pass. The utmost vehicles includes four types: 224ton,287ton,412ton,559ton. Double arch bridge span:30 meter; Rigid frame arch bridge spans:25meter,45meter,64meter,70meter.Combining the data of hollow slab bridge,RC simple T beam bridge,PC simple T beam bridge and continuous girder(board) bridge, this paper workout the "mutirank utmost vehicles passing consultation system" in JAVA. This system has been applied in project successfully.In this system, the user can input the basic data of the utmost vehicles and bridges through the keyboard. And then, the system will give consultation results, which is convenient and have notable economic benefit and social benefit.
