In many industrial controlling fields, the object movement path is often the form of linear.The linear motor can be access to linear motion directly, eliminating the middle part of the transformation, providing linear motion of the thrust and getting one-way or two-way controllable limited displacement, besides,which have some characteristics.such as long trip, low inertia, high-precision ,Fast response andhigh-speed.This dissertation presents the project about the permanent magnet synchronous linear motor (PMSLM) controlling system of absolute Encoder,which has the independent property right after giving in-depth discussion on the development and application history of the linear motor abroad and domestic.The structure of linear motor can be acquired from the general rotated motor,which is spread along the axes.It is same that variational winding current generates the gap magnetic field for the PMSLM and synchronous rotated motor according to the principle.The difference between the two is the gap magnetic field of PMSLM is a straight line along the direction of translation,but the rotating motor can be done by rotation magnetic field.The gap magnetic field makes the permanent magnet to generate drive force.which has a lot of effect on the thrust volatility characteristics of PMSLM because of these inhere factor of characteristics,such as flux density non-sine wave, alveolar effects, side effects,and so on.so we need pay attention to these factors and improve PMSLM movement characteristics as designing servo control system.First of all,this paper analysis history of the linear motor abroad and domestic,structure, working principle and Using the method of FEM to analysis three-phase motor winding electromagnetic force,the end effect and alveolar of PMSLM,and give some measures of improvement and optimization motor structure that eliminate and inhibit the impact of servo control system stability for harmonic thrust,which also provide on-line basis compensation to servo control system. Secondly, build the mathematical model of PMSLM based on PMSLM and characteristics analysis,and have a study about PMSLM strategy.About developing of servo control system,which has detail on it from two aspects in this paper, In term of hardware,select digital signal processor(DSP) that have strong computing capacity,more performance,higher integration and faster A/D converter speed and field programmable gate array(FPGA) that have low power,high-performance,low cost and high-reliability to construct the core components of servo controller,And in term of software,using CCS2.0 and Quartus II to write program with language C and VHDL,which gives program flow chart of main program and subprogram in this paper.Finally,using MATLAB/Simulink to build simulink model of servo controller and presented the result of simulation.Finally,through debug this servosystem and experiment on it,got the result of tests.and then to exsiting problems and gives the future improvement proposals.
