This topic depends on the subject of a domestic specialized automobile design company's commercial vehicle project.Solves the practical problem of abnormal powertrain vibration in the process of company independent research and development enterprises.Takes the basic parameter of powertrain experiment determination as the foundation,uses the Multi-body dynamics and the corresponding software ADAMS as the basic theory and tools and carries out the corresponding research.(1)Consulted and summarized the massive literature material. This article has carried on the analysis in view of the engine's vibration characteristic and the powertrain mounting system's vibration isolation mechanism,Summed up some of the design criteria and design requirements of the vehicle engine powertrain mounting system design.(2)According to the needs of Modeling,carry on the experiment determination and the data acquisition to the vehicle powertrain parameters and physical parameters.Used the torque balance method to measure the mass position center of powertrain and measured the mass center of the axis of inertia parameters with special-purpose rotor inertia test platform;Overall parameters acquisition of the whole vehicle including each principal unit system's geometric parameter, mass parameter,shock absorber and spring parameter, the elastic property of tire and rubber mounting system and so on.(3)On the basis of obtained the powertrain basic parameters,applied the mechanical system dynamics analysis software ADAMS to establish the vibration mechanical models of the powertrain mounting system, carried on the dynamic response characteristic simulation and the system parameters thorough optimization to many kinds of mounting system design proposals.The author also carried on the comparison to the simulation result.The results show that the optimization of the mounting system isolation performance has been noticeably improved,When the engine idling,the powertrain mounting system's vibration transmission rate reduced 21.36%.(4)Used the mechanical system dynamics analysis software ADAMS to establish a whole vehicle dynamics model including powertrain system.simulated the vibration in the vehicle system of a normal car on condition that the engine steady working in various rotational speeds.This article has found a method based on the engine actual design experience and the theory, with the aid of computer simulation technology to achieve the powertrain mounting system design optimized. Generalized analysied the influence of mounting system which vibrated to the whole vehicle, and has carried on the effective confirmation analysis to mounting system's optimized result.Based on this research work.This article has found a method based on the engine actual design experience and Multi-body dynamics theory, with the aid of computer simulation technology to achieve the powertrain mounting system design optimized.
